Marina Krasnitskaya: Painting "Sea Dreams"

Understanding, love and absolute abandon placed Krasnitskaya in the gaze of her amber-eyed woman character. She presents her self-assured and also vulnerable in this moment of her dream. Krasnitskaya achieves this also by her typical technique with opaque and transparent painting elements. The artist chose an interior space with the view to the sea, as a symbol for the hope for the days of happiness – the seaside days.

Reproduction with fine art giclée technique, transferred directly on art canvas of 100% cotton, stretched on stretcher frame. Limited edition of 199 exemplars, serially numbered and signed by the artist´s hand on the back side. Wedge frame format 50 x 70 cm (W/H). Framed in exquisite solid wood strip with shadow gap. Format 54 x 74 cm (W/H). Exclusively at ars mundi.

The colours are light-fast, that is, resistant to harmful UV light. They have a high richness of nuance, contrast and saturation.
