Born in 1962 Michael Nonn is a cross-border workers. The studied Geo- and economist to the age of 32 until finally decided for the art. He creates artistic work at this time for many years, even during his studies and his first career.The step in the art called no completely "new" way, but just only final crossing of a hardly more important limit. Also in his aesthetics is to be felt a lot from this courage to the frontier crossing. Nonn connects drawing and painting, combines fine brushstroke with wide texture and over painting.
Giclée = derived from the French verb gicler meaning "to squirt, spray".
Giclée method is a digital printing process. It is a high-resolution, large-format printout on an inkjet printer with special different coloured or pigment-based inks (usually six to twelve). The colours are light-fast, that is, resistant to harmful UV light. They have a high richness of nuance, contrast and saturation.
The Giclée process is suitable for real art canvas, handmade and watercolor paper and for silk.
