Short description
Limited, 299 copies | Numbered | Hand-signed | Reproduction, giclée on canvas | Stretcher | Format 95 x 75 cm
In the arts, realism has nothing to do with the physical reality. The fanthasy offers a paralel reality and Siegfried Zademack managed to make his phantastic works look quite real. This is not the question of technique: Zademack adressed to the authors of the Italian Renaissance. It is grounded in the history of art, where it borrows a lot of motifs.
The works of Zademack invite us to the phantastic landscapes. They escape from the simple decoding and stubbornly keep their secret. People often compare the works of Zademack to the works of the old masters to praise his souvereign mastery of painting techniques. But here it is better to compare him with new masters, as Zademack, together with a coulpe of other colleagues interested in phantastic realism, has founded the artistic group "New Masters", which since that time has endeavoured the reemergence of the realistic painting.
Original: oil on canvas.
For a brilliant authentic reproduction the original model was transferred directly on the artistic canvas (100% cotton) in fine art giclee technique and mounted on the stretcher. Limited edition of 299 copies, numbered on the back side and signed by the artist. Format 95 x 75 cm (W/H).
