James Rosenquist is one of the most famous pop artists of our time.

Born in 1933 in Grand Forks in North Dakota, he studied at the Minneapolis Art Institute and painting at the University of Minnesota. He was in the same class of Robert Indiana. Later, he taught at Yale University. In 1962, Rosenquist had his first solo exhibition. All works were sold immediately .Today his coveted work can be found in many well-known museums in the world.
