Luigi Colani, born in Berlin, founded in 1955 his legendary design workshop, with which he celebrated his spectacular success in a very short time: Golden Rose in Geneva for the Fiat 1100 TV, the legendary sports car Colani GT, working for Alfa Romeo, Lancia, VW and BMW.

With his furniture creations Colani became the world-renowned star of design in the 60s.
