Joerg von Mueller, photographer and painter, was born in Gettingen in 1950 as the eldest son of a theatrical artist and a doctor. He began his international career with education at the High School of Arts Berlin, where he studied painting, sculpture and architecture. There he subsequently worked for the architecture company Hans Scharoun on international projects.
His next stop brought him to Milan where he worked as an assistant in the international design studio of Gae Aulenti. Back in Germany Joerg von Mueller worked in a permanent position for Lutz Colani at Schloss Harkotten on the design of sanitary objects.

Again and again Joerg von Mueller moved behind the camera during these stations, and he discovered his passion for artistic and commercial photography, so that it became his focal point. For the studio Hamburg, he portrayed artists in all facets - but his intuition drove him soon to Paris, where he initially worked for Laurence Sackman as an assistant and was later listed as a freelance photographer at international agencies.
Joerg von Mueller's work has gained more and more international recognition, as evidenced by various solo and group exhibitions, among others. Center Georges Pompidou in Paris, Haus der Kunst and Lenbachhaus in Munich, Kunsthalle Malmö, Galleria d'arte moderna Bologna, Galerie Creatis Paris and the Anthologie Quartet for Messe Frankfurt.

After some stops in Germany, Joerg von Mueller found his home in Hamburg. Here he lives and works as a painter, sculptor and photographer. He spends several weeks a year in Paris and London.

This form of presentation comes from the world of professional photographers and exhibition organizers. More and more artists create their works for this aluminum carrier in high-tech composite. The metallic surface create a synthesis with the colors. White image areas are shimmering matt-metallic, depending on the light source. They let the picture look classy and puristic. Thanks to the direct color pigmentation the details are rendered accurately. Alu-Dibond is durable and resistant.
