Joergen Habedank is a passionate draftsman and painter, but we may also call him a "color composer."

His studio in an old mill near Hamburg produces colorful, luminous works, often collages, which he composes from prepared areas of color. The works of his series "Lichtsegler" do not focus so much on the image of a ship, but touch upon the topics like movement, dynamics, light, and lightness.

Habedank becomes an absolute color and light artist in his glass works, which can now be found in numerous sacred buildings, public and company buildings.

Giclée = derived from the French verb gicler meaning "to squirt, spray".

Giclée method is a digital printing process. It is a high-resolution, large-format printout on an inkjet printer with special different coloured or pigment-based inks (usually six to twelve). The colours are light-fast, that is, resistant to harmful UV light. They have a high richness of nuance, contrast and saturation.

The Giclée process is suitable for real art canvas, handmade and watercolor paper and for silk.
