This early Gothic sculpture relief comes from Limoges. It decorated the doors of a relic shrine at the beginning of the 13th century probably and is hollow at the back.

Original: MMA, New York.

The replica was born according to a form that is removed directly from the original. Gold-plated metal casting on a black marble plinth. Height with plinth approx. 28.5 cm.
