Born in 1962 in Hilden near Dusseldorf. After the training course "technical assistant for design", studying communication design with a focus on free graphics and painting. He studied in Wuppertal with Professors Will scythes and Michael Badura.

As a freelance artist, he early made a name as an illustrator of a numerous literary texts. The focal point of his creation was only in the area of etching, later it was the drawing, which became the central means of expression. With fast off-balance-sheet commitments- the technique of lithography is to meet him there - Nossmann captures the essence and dispels it on the stone.
