Short description
ars mundi exclusive edition | Limited, 499 exemplars | Serially numbered | Certificate | Reproduction, giclée on canvas | Stretcher frame | Framed | Format: 50 x 67 cm
Perfect balance: August Macke´s tightrope walker
An artist, commented by a painter, who knows how to create his composition in a manner that is not less artistic: Same as the tightrope walker appearing in the center, Macke´s painting is also perfectly balanced both regarding colors and perspective. The viewer´s line of vision is narrowed by the orange corners of the painting (bystanders´ shoulders, a tent ceiling and a large billboard), being focused by the head position of the viewer in blue suit toward the theme of the painting.
Original: Oil on canvas. Städtisches Kunstmuseum Bonn.
Brilliant reproduction with the fine art giclée technique, directly on art canvas, stretched on a stretcher frame. Limited edition of 499 exemplars, with backside serial numbering and certificate. Framed in handmade genuine wood framing. Format: 50 x 67 cm. ars mundi exclusive edition.
