Max Uhlig, born in Dresden in 1937, is a true master of the line his work is in the drawing and graphics. But soon fascinated him also the painting.
Among his topics, portraits and landscapes dominate. According to the classic tradition of plein-air painting, Uhlig's creates landscapes directly in the nature. Max Uhlig has developed his own haunting pictorial language, which gives him significant awards and international recognition brought.
