Luigi Colani: Bookend

Bookends in many cases cannot hold the weight of big books such as encyclopedias or art books. This problem was picked up and solved in an outstanding way. Even without a book to hold each bookend is a sculpture, a work of art itself. On the international fairs this unusual creation attracted a lot of attention and won the highest praise during each presentation. No wonder as the design was suggested by Prof. Luigi Colani whose works occupy an outstanding place worldwide in the leading museums such as the new Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich._x000D_
